1. Send copies of all required documents by fax, mail or email.

2. All applications will be reviewed, and admission notices will then be sent out within one working week

3. Upon successful admission to USTL, tuition fees (for a minimum or one year (degree programs) or one semester (Chinese language programs), registration fees, and Chinese visa application form fees should be paid.

4. USTL will process and complete the visa application form which will be sent to students along with the acceptance offer. Students are then responsible for obtaining a student visa (X) from your local Chinese embassy

5. After arrival in China, once registered at USTL, all students are required to take the physical examination needed for foreign residence permits. Results are issued within 3 working days

6. USTL will then assist students in acquiring a long-term foreign residence permit. 4 working days are needed for this process. PLEASE NOTE THAT ‘X’ VISAS EXPIRE 30 DAYS AFTER ENTRY INTO CHINA and plan your arrival at USTL accordingly.
